How do I book a portrait session with J. Peyton Photography?

Absoluty we do! We will even find you a clothier, styler, and HMA for your photoshoot.
Can I include my vehicle, pet, or personal item in a portrait session?
Yes you can. If fact we encourage it. I want the best version of you and a reflection of your style in every photo.
Can I bring a friend?
Of course you can. We want you to bring that friend or family member that keeps your energy up and to hype you
When is the best time of day for outdoor portraits in Charleston?
Giving away one of my secrets here. The best time of day to shoot in Charleston, SC and surrounding areas is thirty minutes before and two hours after sunrise. Two hours before sunset. Weather in this area can be very harsh, so can the natural light after 10:30am and 5:30pm depending on day light savings time.
Can I do both studio and on-location portraits in the same session?
Unfortunately no, those are two different bookings. Charleston is also a big place with a lot of traffic and congestion.
Do you photograph portraits at waterfront locations like the beach or boat?
Yes we do. We can use our resources and connections to rent a boat for your photoshoot if that what you desire. That will add to the cost of the portrait shoot. Deposit will have to be made directly to the boat owner. You will also have to sign a waiver releasing J. Peyton Photography of any liability.
Do you travel outside Charleston for portrait sessions?
Yes I do. I travel all over the world for my craft. Love to shoot in different parts of the country and willing to travel for our shoot.
